德夸菌素 (Decoyinine，CAS：2004-04-8)，一种核苷类似物，是一种选择性、可逆的、非竞争性的GMP合成酶抑制剂。德夸菌素可用于研究细胞壁合成的抑制性，抑制RNA合成，以及降低胞内GDP和GTP水平，也能诱导和启动杆菌孢子形成。德夸菌素还是皇嘌呤核苷酸转氨酶（XMP aminase）抑制剂。具有抗肿瘤活性。
